How are the contents of the Electronic Library selected?

The subscribed contents are selected based on the demand of the users through the suggestion form for new resources and various surveys carried out by the Executive Secretariat, relying on institutional contacts and the Advisory Council. The open access resources that are incorporated into the Electronic Library are specially selected by the Executive Secretariat. In the case of open access journals, they are periodically incorporated through the DOAJ, therefore we recommend that its editors submit their journal to said Directory.

Do I have to return the document sent to me by the Interlibrary Loan Service?
