This service is available for researchers, professors and
teaching assistants dedicated to research, permanent, temporary and visitors,
scholarship holders, research support personnel, undergraduate and graduate
students and civil servants. of the organizations and institutions that make up
the National System of Science, Technology and Innovation (SNCTI), thus
reaching the entire national territory.
What are
the resources that the Electronic Library subscribes to?

How are the
contents of the Electronic Library selected?
The subscribed contents are selected based on the demand of
the users through the suggestion form for new resources and various surveys
carried out by the Executive Secretariat, relying on institutional contacts and
the Advisory Council. The open access resources that are incorporated into the
Electronic Library are specially selected by the Executive Secretariat. In the
case of open access journals, they are periodically incorporated through the
DOAJ, therefore we recommend that its editors submit their journal to said
Directory.
Do I have
to return the document sent to me by the Interlibrary Loan Service?
No. The service takes the name of the traditional service
that Libraries offer with printed material. In this case, as it is a PDF, you
do not need to return it. Of course, you must respect the rules of use .
Where can I
access it from?
You can browse our site and consult the catalog from any
device with an internet connection. Open access articles can be transferred
free of charge by any user. To download articles or documents that require
subscription, you need to be browsing from the network of an authorized
institution .
Do all
institutions have access to the same content?
Yes. What changes is the access mode. Depending on the organisation
you belong to, you will be able to download documents directly and, for other resources,
you have the Interlibrary Loan Service available . The resources that require
subscription are contracted for each institution based on its profile and the
use made of each resource. Open access content is available to all users from
any internet connection. Check what resources you have available under each
access modality according to your institution .
Do I need a
password and password?
To access the full text of the subscribed documents (or the
reference resources), no passwords, passwords or user names are necessary.

country. The Electronic Library budget is an item within the national budget.
